FreeGifTools provides client-side, browser-executed media utility tools (utilizing WebAssembly, HTML5, and JavaScript). All video and image conversions take place locally on the user's device.
FreeGifTools does NOT host, upload, store, publish, or publicly distribute any user-uploaded files, GIFs, or videos on its servers. As such, FreeGifTools does not maintain a database of user files or multimedia content.
2. User Obligations & Copyright Compliance
Users of FreeGifTools are strictly prohibited from using our services to process, alter, or convert content in violation of copyright laws or third-party intellectual property rights.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have full legal rights or explicit consent to process any multimedia file you load into our client-side tools.
3. DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that content hosted directly on freegiftools.com (e.g. text articles, original site assets, or documentation) infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notification containing:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the specific material on freegiftools.com that is claimed to be infringing, with precise URLs.
Your contact details, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
